If you go to México and shout “¡Viva Zapata!” (Hail Zapata!) you will hear back “¡Viva!” right back. This dude was what the Mexican revolution was all about. His wanted to give the land to those who cultivated and worked it, and not to the corporate a##holes who exploited them. He is known for wearing the “cananas”, the two bullet straps that crossed the chest. His moustache is still a thing in Mexico, by the way.
Yeah, another Mexican revolutionary quote coming up. But not just any quote. Right around the time he was cowardly shot by many federal soldiers who ambushed him, he said something that is an awesome representation of the Mexican revolutionary spirit: “I would rather die standing up, than to live on my knees” (Prefiero morir de pie, que vivir de rodillas). That gives us the chills. It reminds us of Iron Maiden’s famous song: “If you are gonna die…. Die…. With your boots on”.
Well, this is basically what the T-shirt says. But it also feels good. Made from great quality stuff, minus the “cananas” and the mustache:

• Pre-shrunk fabric
• Side-seamed construction
• Shoulder-to-shoulder taping
• Blank product sourced from Guatemala, Nicaragua, Mexico, Honduras, or the US
